I have 30 years of business experience as well as being a sole proprietor. I specialize in single & multi-family homes and property management in Metro Denver/Boulder area. I help individuals build wealth through real estate, be it their own home, as and invest vehicle for their kids' college, or as a reliable source of retirement income.
I provide full service property management for those who prefer a professional managing their investment properties. I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). NARPM® is an association of real estate professionals who, on daily basis, deal with deal with challenges of managing residential rental properties. NARPM® provides its members with continuing education and higher standards of professionalism to better serve their clients.
When purchasing an investment, I provide you with a comprehensive analysis of your investment from acquisition through the holding period to disposition of the property. I will illustrate before & after-tax cash-flow analysis, quantify the tax benefits, and the annual performance on your investment. I will show you the Rate of Return of your investment for comparing various investment opportunities, and provide you with the Financial Management Rate of Return.
To better serve my clients, I continuously research different areas for vacancies, prevailing rents, sales, inventories, commercial development, zoning and other information critical to a homeowner or a successful investor. I stay abreast of the latest state and local development & ordinances, latest real estate tax code, IRS rulings.
