- Accurate bookkeeping and provide comprehensive monthly statements.
- Issue year-end statement and 1099 Form.
- Routinely inspect the properties for safety, repairs, and improvements to keep your property competitive in the market.
- Maintenance by qualified contractors at reduced rates.
- Supervise and inspect all repair and maintenance work.

Marketing and Leasing

- Advertise your property on popular online web sites and newspaper
- List your property on Denver & Northern Colorado MLS rentals
- Utilize my network of property managers and realtors to find qualified tenants
- Post Metro Brokers/Metro REIG "For Lease" sign at the property per local HOA regulation
- Answer all sign/ad-calls promptly
- Show your property promptly
- Take rental Application
- Perform criminal, credit, rent and employment background checks
- Collect security deposit
- Execute residential lease agreement
- Provide tenants with the disclosures required by Colorado Real Estate Commission
- Walkthrough prior possession
- Inventory & condition report immediately after move in
- Guidance and resident compliance with move-out cleaning instructions

- Business is conducted at secure, commercially based location
- All Business files are securely locked
- Access to the business computer system is only granted to the authorized agents
- Site inspected by approve, 3rd party inspector as required by law and credit agencies
- Property Management Agreement detailing responsibilities and obligations of all parties
