Apt Vacancies, Rent Improve

Earlier reports had shown Denver
single family home vacancies have dropped and rents are up. Now, the same is true for apartments Per CO Dept of Housing. This is encouraging news. The housing and employment are directly related. Although employment is still lower than the levels of 2009, in April Co added 12800+ jobs.
