July Home Sales Up, Prices Down According to NAR

The latest existing-home sales report from the National Association of Realtors shows the prices in the West region is down by 7% from July of 2010 to July of 2011. The number of transactions, however, is up by 12% for the same period according to NAR. The West region which includes Colorado lags the nation.
