Single Family Home Vacancies @ 2%
The vacancy rate for single-family homes/townhomes and condos is at all-time low of 2% during the 4th quarter of 2010 according to the Colorado Department of Housing.
The average number of days to rent such homes dropped to 38.2 days from 53.9 days in the 4th quarter of 2009.
